Biodanza Workshop & Vacation

This workshop is dedicated to go back to the original source of life’s impulses – inducing lived experiences where these natural human needs being fulfilled – a feeling of intimacy, of pleasant union and stimulating grace. And out of these experiences lived with great intensity in Here and Now, we will be reborn.

Reborn – by re-establishing conditions that protects, fostering and serving life.
Reborn – by feeling of being alive through the body, feeling what we live here and now.
Reborn – by being in touch and connection – with oneself, with each other and with something greater.
Reborn – by seeing and being seen by each other, through the lens of love and the gestures of tenderness.
Reborn – by penetrating the perfection of life as splendor, as beauty, as voluptuous harmony.
Reborn – by allowing, accepting, and embracing all dimensions of our being – our aliveness, our humanness, and our divinity…

Life is a constant process of change and renewal, and Biodanza system provides an enriched environment with a bunch of positive eco-factors to induce lived experience of rebirth… They comprise extraordinary effects on the whole organism, capable of changing the cellular memory and influencing even the lines of genetic programming. Thus, the existential rehabilitation becoming possible – a rebirth for the (r)evolution towards life! To be reborn to create an authentic, abundant, and fulfilling existence, a life worth living and loving!

I am beyond delightful and grateful to co-create this Biodanza workshop with Rodrigo Toro, who carries on the artistic and intellectual legacy of his father Rolando Toro, the creator of Biodanza, in the original way. We will leverage the enormous transformative power of Biodanza system to facilitate this workshop, based on profound insights of Biodanza’s depth and essence, in a coherent und harmonious way. Our collaboration in the last couple of years has been magnificently beautiful…

“This was my second time taking part in Biodanza with Yunbei and Rodrigo and I can highly recommend this workshop. For me, the two of them are the human embodiment of Biodanza and you can tell that they have integrated Biodanza into their lives. The workshops with them are always very fulfilling and enriching and they create a wonderful framework for Biodanza and a connection with the group that also allows for deep emotions. As Yunbei wrote in her work “My healing and growth journey through Biodanza”, Biodanza is much more than any form of dance or therapy. This workshop is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, physical fitness, cultural origin, dance or life experience. It takes place in “Sonnenstrahl” in Kisslegg (link below), a wonderful seminar center in the beautiful nature of German Allgaeu. It is in a climatic health resort, the whole facility is energetically harmonized according to verdic architecture art Vatsu, they have a swimming pool with spring water “Otto” from Alps with a permanent temperature of 35° C. We will be in the room Pyramid, which is the biggest one in the house and almost completely surrounded by the beautiful parkland.
